Might be TLP related - to test, enable ubuntu budgie backports via budgie-welcome recommendations.
Do a full update. Then uninstall tlp. This will also uninstall the UB meta package "ubuntu-budgie-desktop" - dont worry about that. Before you upgrade to 17.10 just reinstall that package. If all works - great - although don't know why TLP/systemd/kernel is interfering with your suspend. If suspend is still broken - then yeah - probably either systemd or kernel related. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1693895 Title: ubuntu budgie suspend to ram fails on Macbook Pro Ret To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd/+bug/1693895/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
