Public bug reported:
Did an install to new machine with ssd and hdd. the install went well and then
I realised that all the install was on the ssd including the /home. So I
re-installed with ssd as / and Hdd as /home. then had problems with some added
repositories. So decided to reinstall again but the boot loader failed to
install on /
Tried a second time and bug is repeated.
