Public bug reported:

If I right-click a file in Thunar, open it in Sublime Text 3, and move
the mouse cursor back to Thunar, the cursor continues to spin like it's
doing some kind of work even though the file is already open. The
spinning continues for a minute or so. This only happens if a file was
already open in Sublime Text (the new file is opened in the same Sublime
window).

This doesn't cause any other issues as far as I can tell (the file opens
successfully), it's just mildly annoying.
