Public bug reported:
The Ubuntu Desktop team has discussed pointing the 'ubuntu' session to
GNOME.
Therefore, we will need to provide Unity gnome-session/xsession data
files somewhere else. I think it makes sense for Unity itself to include
these files.
This is currently blocked on Unity's test failures (LP: #1696253)
