Is this still an issue with 1.2.6-0ubuntu0.16.04.3 in 16.04? I see that Ken applied the patch I identified in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=767317 to fix https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager- applet/+bug/1641889, which references a different upstream bug.
