I was asked that it is urgent now, so I synced in
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dpdk/16.11.1-2 from experimental to
fix this.
Once Debian stretch released we will move on and have the follow on
stable release in Debian unstable and auto-sync from there.
