There is an issue around smfpd IMHO.
That is the only non common service and on install it fails installing/updating
libvirt.
But that usually indicates that there are non Archive programs installed
in /etc/init.d which kind of interfere with the correct packages.

That libvirt is hitting this is unrelated to libvirt - it is just the
first to update services.
