I could more or less solve the issue on my ubuntu-install by booting
into recovery mode and clean the system. (the commands i executed were
dkpg-remove, apt-get update, apt-get upgrade, apt autoremove, apt
autoclean and several others) As far as i remember i was removing some
old kernel packages and then manually install new kernel headers and the
new kernel package. It seems to be all fine now :-)
