Do you think this qualifies as a "New upstream microrelease",

if so then I'd expect the bug description to contain information about
the upstream development process and how they test releases per the wiki
page.
As it currently stands having a bunch of changelog entries saying "New
upstream release" doesn't provide much justification for why it should
be SRU'ed.
