Related problem: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.22/+bug/147897 It also gives me the hard freeze in the live cd session, in Feisty I dealt with it by blacklisting the driver and using ndiswrapper. But no solution yet?
