AFAIK, if Beagle is correctly installed then it should be used before
tracker unless ubuntu has patched it (I know they did patch it to fix a
bug with tracker).
I dont know what patches they applied to the the stock dialog though and
if they consequently affected the order of detection (I assume it works
with beagle if libtracker is removed?)
