Public bug reported:

This has now happened to me twice:

When deleting files/folders by highlighting and pressing shift-delete,
files in a different tab are deleted instead. In one case, instead of
deleting 20 highlighted files in active tab, 20 000 files in another tab
were deleted.

Both times it has happened when connected to server via sftp. In both
cases it has been files/folders in tabs to the right of active tab which
have been deleted.

Ubuntu version 16.04 LTS.

Output from apt-cache policy nautilus
