Verified that nameservers can be set via netplan in yakkety-proposed;
used the configuration below:

nameservers:
search: [ 'cyphermox.net' ]
addresses: [ 10.10.10.1 ]
The correct nameservers are used by systemd-resolved, but /etc/resolv.conf will
not include the values directly (because it gets 127.0.0.53, as a side-effect
of the use of systemd-resolved behind resolvconf.
