Public bug reported:
Running the connection activation macro wizard, clicking "Accept UNO
connections", and restarting OpenOffice, Bibus still fails to connect
returning this error:

Connector : couldn't connect to pipe OOo_pipe(10))
Making edits to Setup.xcu and trying to set the pipe manually doesn't
seem to work either.
