Public bug reported:

Arc-darc theme for budgie provides a comforting color scheme. However
fonts and background colors in thunderbird (HTML messages) and firefox
(input fields, text entries) are hard to read as the bgcolor and fgcolor
differ only slightly (dark blue to dark gray).

Is there a way to fix this? (I tried to work myself through the css file
but did not find any indication which element is responsible)
