Hmm, that is weird, as it is clearly listed in the list of cacti files¹ (it is a symlink though). Because this bug only expresses itself when one uses the cacti package with a MariaDB server 10.2.4 or higher (which isn't even in Ubuntu yet AFAICT), I don't think the bug warrants fixing in older Ubuntu releases. If you still want to get this fixed, you can follow the backport procedure².
