Public bug reported: To reproduce: 1- Install gnome-boxes 2- Start gnome-boxes 3- Select New -> Enter URL
There is a dimmed text, which is very hard to see. It starts with 'Example:...'. I believe all GTK text that is styled as "dim-label" are very hard to see. This is also apparent in the warning bars in Firefox. Here is the line of code of the referred string in gnome-boxes upstream: https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-boxes/tree/data/ui/wizard-source.ui?id=f3f581886ead85d5bfcbc71016f37825ed6ee90c#n291 ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04 Package: light-themes 14.04+16.04.20161024-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 4.8.0-56.61~16.04.1-generic 4.8.17 Uname: Linux 4.8.0-56-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.20.1-0ubuntu2.6 Architecture: amd64 CurrentDesktop: Unity Date: Fri Jun 23 16:47:09 2017 InstallationDate: Installed on 2017-06-21 (1 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS "Xenial Xerus" - Release amd64 (20170215.2) PackageArchitecture: all SourcePackage: ubuntu-themes UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: ubuntu-themes (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug xenial -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1700100 Title: Dimmed text is very hard to see To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-themes/+bug/1700100/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
