Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-keyring

When I upgrade ubuntu from 7.04 to 7.10, I got an error message that
ubuntu-keyring was wrong, and then the upgrade stopped. Later whenever I
want to install some package, the system tells me something wrong with
ubuntu-keyring. The error message is following:

Setting up ubuntu-keyring (2007.06.11) ...
gpg: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/lib/libreadline.so.5: undefined symbol: PC

I reinstalled libreadline5, but the ubuntu-keyring is still wrong.
