urjtag-0.10 is having problems executing 'detect' with the following
output after ~several min.
jtag> cable xpc_int

urjtag warning : TDO seems to be stuck at 1

I'm trying to use a Xilinx DLC9G to jtag to a wpe72nx. I have the usb
drivers and binaries from the 14.7SDK installed and the udev rules are
in place. It lights up when plugged in. The firmware loads xpc_int or
xpc_ext inside jtag. Then no joy.
