Binary package hint: nautilus
When using nautilus in spatial mode, with compiz enabled, windows appear
lower by the size of the title bar, each time they are opened.
To reproduce:
1. Move a nautilus window to the top of the desktop;
2. Open the window;
3. Close the window;
4. Repeat step 2 and 3 several times;
Result:
The window is now a lot lower than is initially was.
