I would suggest to reconsider that recommendation. Digging in the issue, it 
seemed that angularjs and/or phantomjs failed to build. I eventually got it to 
work by adding a ```export QT_QPA_PLATFORM=offscreen``` before the install of 
phantomjs-prebuilt and node-sass. I suspect this might be due to s390x missing 
a graphical display and GPU.

You might throw out a lot of other packages as well for no good reason
if it's just the dependency on these javascript frameworks.
