Even once found clangConfig.cmake does not correctly determine the location of
clangTargets.cmake which is in the same directory. Which is expected to be at
"${CLANG_INSTALL_PREFIX}/lib/cmake/clang".
Based on "clangConfig.cmake"'s install location at "/usr/share/llvm-4.0/cmake/"
this is "/usr/lib/cmake/clang".
