$ man icoutils
No manual entry for icoutils
$ icoutils
icoutils: command not found
This package should include information about what commands it has.
For example, a symlink to icotool would work. When someone types `man
icoutils` it should pull up the same result as `man icotool`.
This is wishlist priority.
