My bad - I spoke too soon. Even though I got some errors from g-p-m in
the process, the root problem remains with the kernel. I've reverted my
kernel to the -12 kernel included on the Gutsy beta CD and it works
fine, though I would like to see this fixed in a SRU for the current
Gutsy kernel.
