Public bug reported:

In Debian, some dependencies needed to be added to libmama-dev in order
to fix some problems with symbolic links detected by piuparts.

But, in this package there are also the transitional packages from the
GCC 5 transition, and we should be able to drop those (which, in reality
is renaming them) and specify Conflicts/Replaces on the packages. Once
we do that, the Conflicts/Replaces can be dropped after 18.04 LTS is
released. It would be convenient to do that in the same upload.
