Please do note that in addtion to all we did before we also checked one
more corner case before movign to proposed. The one that ntp was meant
to be active, but came up before e.g. ppp0 and due to that can't resolve
peers. It turns out ntp relaized networks that get enable later and
triggers its resolver - so the stop/start on ifup hook wasn't needed to
keep that working.

Doing SRU verifications now ...
