Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 7.04. Originally I installed 6.10 but I updated it just
after the release of the new version.

I was following the instructions in http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/upgrading
to upgrade my Ubuntu.
There it says that if I have an up to date Ubuntu 7.04 and I run the update
manager
I should see a button to upgrade my OS (point 4 in the page).
This does not happen.
I think I could manage to find a workaround but I also think this is bad user
experience so perhaps you should find it useful to solve the problem.

So if I can help (by testing the program) let me know.

Thanks in advance for your help
  Sandro
