Debian has a new upstream release among other packaging changes that are
now in Sid. We should merge their changes.
The reason why the Ubuntu delta exists is to provide
Conflicts/Replaces/Provides for the g++5 ABI transition. We need to keep
this delta until Ubuntu 18.04 LTS is released.
