Its likely due to the fact that the service was already running.
However, I don't know very much about Ubuntus package manager but, it
seems to handle this with other services or applications. Either way, I
am going to try to re-run the "Software Updater" now that I've stopped
NGINX and see if it still fails.
Re-running software updater post crash with NGINX stopped reports
nothing to update.
