Ok at this moment everything seems to work fine :) The only thing I did was to force Tracker to rescan my computer for the indexed maps and now I can search using, Nautilus, the Tracker search utility and Deskbar. Also adding folders to index Tracker just does it. Everything seems to be fine so maybe this bug can be considered closed?
