Public bug reported:
In `Preferences >> File Types`, I would like to change the application
that opens by default for a certain file type. However, the list of
available applications DOES NOT list the application I want to use.
There is no way of manually specifying my desired application. If I
click 'Open' without selecting any of the provided applications to
choose from, Midori hangs and force-closes itself.
