Hm I looked at current samba git and bugtracker and did not find anything related to this bug. It seems noone ever submitted this upstream... This is quite strange, I wonder how other people do. Maybe I missed something but this is reproducible and blocking for "real" production environements unless you never update your local DNS content ...
