Public bug reported:

Please sync qmmp 1.1.6-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release
  * debian/control, debian/rules:
    - Do not build qmmp-plugin-projectm on arm64 either

Changelog entries since current artful version 1.1.3-0ubuntu1:

qmmp (1.1.6-1.1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Drop build-dependency on oss4-dev on Linux kernel (Closes: #852986)
    - d/rules: explicitly disable OSS4 on Linux, for predictability
