Under Ubuntu 16.04 (linux-image-4.8.0-58-generic x86_64), I cannot put
the system's storage under heavy load without receiving a bunch of
"swiotlb buffer is full" kernel error messages and sometimes filesystem
erros.
The controller is a intel ICH9R:
