Here the results you've requested:
1) dpkg -l | awk '/^iH/ { print $2 }' ----> libssl1.0.0:amd64
2) sudo apt-get install --reinstall libssl1.0.0:amd64 ----> Ok.
3) dpkg -l | awk '/^iH/ { print $2 }' ----> (none)
