In Debian, there's a new upstream release and a couple of packaging
fixes. Also in this Debian upload, part of the Ubuntu delta has been
included.
The remaining Ubuntu delta makes debian/rules not depend on a specific
version of Python, but uses the default(?) version on the system. This
is useful for when we want to deprecate Python 3.5 support. I will
upstream this patch to Debian soon.
