Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu
better.

Based on the error message it looks like two packages, mgba-common and
mgba-qt are conflicting with each other because both contain the same
file. When I look on the filelist at [1] and [2], it looks like only
mgba-common contains "/usr/share/mgba/nointro.dat".

I also see that the version number listed for mgba-qt  is 0.6.0, which
seems newer than the version in Ubuntu 17.04 (0.5.2+dfsg1-2build1). Is
this installed from a PPA or similar? It might be a problem with those
packages conflicting with the ones in the official archive. Could you
please run `apt policy mgba-qt` in a terminal and post the output, this
will tell us which version of the package is installed and where it came
from? :)
