Thank you for reporting this issue! Could you check if this is still
happening with the current (>= 154.0.0-0ubuntu1~14.04.0) versions of the
package? I just tried installing it here on a test instance and did not
encounter the issue you have mentioned. The package unpacks and sets up
correctly.
