My problems ended when I changed the wireless internal card to Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01). I bought it from Ebay. It was a kind of nightmare to open my laptop but after it paid off.
I don't have disconnections anymore and my ftp sessions work like a charm.
