Public bug reported:

I use a external USB-HDD with Ubuntu-Gnome installed.
Today I installed ubiquity on the external HDD. So i could use this "portable
system" to install on other devices, witch uses an Nvidia GTX 1080 ti (doesnt
work with a normal Live-stick or Live-dvd)
But now the installation crashed, after i entered the name and the password for
the new System.
