Public bug reported:
This most recent Debian revision contains a Recommends line on
qttranslations5-l10n which makes translated menus work better, and it
also contains a Standards-version bump. We should merge this into
Ubuntu.
The delta exists because of some transitional packages we can drop after
18.04 LTS is released.
