What you expected to happen:

The installer should be able to automatically select the correct EFI
partition when starting installation on systems with more than one
bootable disks

What happened instead:

I was attempting install Artful over an existing Xubuntu 17.04
installation using the Upgrade option in the ubiquity installer, the
installation fails to start with the error "Two file systems are
assigned the same mount point (/boot/efi)", attempting to select the
partitions manually in "Something else" afterwards crashes ubi-partman
(exit code 141, syslog attached in report) and ubiquity becomes
completely unresponsive and has to be manually killed. Disabling the
Windows boot drive (sdc) in BIOS allows the installation to proceed
normally.
