Conclusion-
1) Fresh installation of Ubuntu gives "grub failed" error
2) On turning on windows 10 launches, no grub boot loader is accessible
3) Boot-repair doesn't work
4) No Wifi connection available when in "Try Ubuntu"
5) "sudo update-grub" doesn't work
