started but ended with the message An unresolvable problem occurred while 
calculating the upgrade.

1) lsb_release -rd

2) upgrade to 16.04

3) Expected the system would upgrade

4) message "An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the
upgrade." Upgrade stopped
