Hi Doug The first bzip2 errors are gone right?, about the last error you get, this is an http code which doesn't have anything to do with the previous one, you can learn about this http code at http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html#sec10.3.3. about the last errors you're getting we cannot do anything because is a non-official mirror, but you can contact the sysadmin of that site and ask him/her for a solution.
