Lib installed at:

Confirmed with ldd. Also affecting plugins.
Edit: below, workarounds, not solutions)
Solutions (also for the plugins):
either move to
/usr/lib/libjuff.so.0.9
or create a symlink:
$ sudo ln -sv ../lib64/libjuff.so.0.9 /usr/lib/libjuff.so.0.9
“/usr/lib/libjuff.so.0.9” -> “../lib64/libjuff.so.0.9”
