So I built a test module. Install it by running:
wget
https://launchpad.net/~hanipouspilot/+archive/ubuntu/bluetooth/+files/btusb-lp1708692-dkms_0.1_all.deb
sudo dpkg -i btusb-lp1708692-dkms_0.1_all.deb
Reboot and test the bluetooth.
