SRU Justification:
Impact: linux-azure is intended to run on a virtualized environment
where several features in the kernel are not necessary. Because of that
several configs can be disabled to reduce the kernel size.
Fix: Disable configs such as: hibernation, voltage regulation, thermal
monitors, A/D converters, wireless, GPIO, and others.
