Hi
I'm running 17.10 today's update (2017-08-12)
I've created in the Dossier Perso (~): the folder "Modèle" (because not
existing)
put inside 2 files: DOC.odt & TEXT.txt
Nevertheless, when I right click on the desktop, no "new file" option is
offered
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu Artful Aardvark (development branch)
Release: 17.10
