That's tracking the general status of the bug report. And issue is
considered fixed if there is a newer version of the package where it is
resolved available in any archive (often for the development release).
In this case, the bug is fixed in Ubuntu 16.04 or later.

Of course, there are cases where a bug also needs to be adressed in
older releases. You can see below the general status, that this is also
targeted against trusty (ie 14.04).

To summarize, the bug is fixed in newer Ubuntu releases (so those users
shouldn't be affected) and it has also been submitted for inclusion in
14.04, however this hasn't happened yet.
